MAKE UP FOR EVER LOYALTY PROGRAM : TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY & OVERVIEW

 

  • 1.1 The Make Up For Ever Loyalty Program (“Program”) is offered at the sole discretion of L BEAUTY SDN BHD. The Program is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per individual. Corporations, associations or other groups may not participate in the Program.

  • 1.2 By joining the Program and becoming a Program member, agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Program Terms and Conditions of Participation (“Terms”) and by any changes or modifications we may make. You should review these Terms and the related policies and FAQS frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the Program as they may change from time to time. These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with us, including any agreement for products or services. By enrolling in the Program, you also agree to be bound by our website PRIVACY POLICY

  • 1.3 The Program is only valid for purchases made at Make Up For Ever Boutique, Pavilion KL and makeupforever.com.my (collectively, the “Site”)

2. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT

  • 2.1. Eligible individuals may enroll in the Program through the following method:

    • 2.1.1 Visit www.makeupforever.com.my to sign up as a member on the Site;

    • 2.1.2. Visit Make Up For Ever Boutique, Pavilion KL to register for the Program.

  • 2.2 For members registration on Make Up For Ever Site, you are required to provide us with your Date Of Birth in order to access "Birthday Exclusive" rewards such as birthday gifts, 10% OFF and 2x points during birthday month.

  • 2.3. New members registration on Make Up For Ever Site will receive communication via SMS on member status updates.

  • 2.4. Points expires on 31 December every year .

 

3. PROGRAM BENEFITS

  • 3.1 Birthday rewards (10% off and 2x points) are valid for first purchase during birthday month ONLY. It is not valid for ongoing promotions & exclusive sets. New customers who registered during their birthday month will enjoy the 10% discount in the next purchase during the birthday month.

  • 3.2 Birthday gift & redemption items are subject to change and not transferable or exchange for cash or product.

  • 3.3 Exclusive events and workshop only by invitation.

  • 3.4 Members will be contacted via Make Up For Ever Whatsapp Business account on points status every month.

  • 3.5 Complimentary beauty services on appointment basis includes the following. Appointment to be made at least 3 days prior to appointment date.
    • 3.5.1 Eyebrow grooming 1x session

    • 3.5.2 Glamour makeup 1x session

    • 3.5.3 Makeup lesson 1x session

  • 3.6 Points can be used for redemption of vouchers or actual-size products. (Subject to selected items during that period).
    Example of Redemption Voucher Calculation Tiers:

    1000-1999 points = RM80 voucher

    2000-2999 points = RM200 voucher

    3000-3999 points = RM400 voucher

  • 3.7 Vouchers are redeemable on the following day onwards at Make Up For Ever Boutique, Pavilion KL or makeupforever.com.my with no minimum purchase required. Validity of vouchers are 30 days from issuing date. Not valid for ongoing promotions nor exchangeable to cash.


4. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

  • 4.1. By enrolling in the Program, you will be automatically subscribed to receive and consent to receiving (1) Program related emails or SMS, including Program marketing emails and (2) Make Up For Ever Online emails, including marketing emails.

 

  • 4.2. You may opt-out of receiving Program or Make Up For Ever Online marketing emails at any time, but operational emails will still be sent to you as they relate to your membership in the Program, and you consent to their receipt. Examples of these include, but are not limited to, a redemption confirmation email, a profile update email, or other communications that relate to your account. If you terminate your Program membership, you will no longer receive Program-related communications.
