HOW TO APPLY

1 - Begin at the center of the upper lip following the outline of the bow and fill in the center.

2 - Next, fill the center of the bottom lip in equal length, checking for symmetry and balance.

3 - Finally, apply product from the outer corners of the upper lip towards the center to connect and fill the lip and repeat on the bottom lip.

4 - As a finishing touch, line the outer edges of your lips with your favorite neutral shade of Artist Color Pencil. This ensures a seamless blend with Rouge Artst Velvet Nude to create the perfect nude effect.

PRO TIP

Use the cap’s slanted end to clean the edges of your lips and blend as necessary for an extra defined result.
